Chrissy, senior fashion editor at Bazaar.com, has some advice for hopefuls wanting to work in fashion: "If you don’t love it, you won’t last a week".

Chrissy tells me what it’s like being a digital editor in today’s hyper-connected world and why her perspective as a woman of color is important right now.
